Very small crowd. Can be either milchig/parve/fleishig.
Trying to keep costs down.
Best menu wins 😉

Tia!

if you're up for it, go to the store with a few ideas and then decide as you see what's on sale. that's for sure the least expensive way.

idk what's done in your area with your folks, but in mine we could go summery bbq style, most people I know would enjoy that type of thing in the summer - grilled chicken, green salad, watermelon/fruit, etc - all stuff that could be the same basic formula but with the sale options

I’ve been to a dairy one with eggplant Parmesan, baked ziti, Greek salad, Caesar salad, vegetable soup, ice cream and cookies/cake

Or you can do fleishig
Rice or orzo, or mashed potatoes
Roasted vegetables
Chicken strips
Soup
Salad
Cubed fruit or cake/cookies or pareve ice cream

I once made with my sister for another sister. We did homemade milchig blintzes at everyone's place. Rolls in the center of table. Two salads in center of table (I think we did potato salad and corn salad). Two drinks in center of table (orange juice and cappuccino). Served angel hair pasta topped with 3 cubes of salmon. Dessert was fudgy brownies with ice cream. It was just for mechutanim, single siblings of chosson/kallah, and the chosson/kallah themselves.

I made sheva brochos for a friend's son and then for my daughter. Here is the menu as I recall:

Appetizers:
Sushi Platters (ordered)
Tuv Taam cigars and borekas on platters with chumus in center
Gazpacho Soup shooters with tofutti sour cream garnish
Entrees:
Meat Balls in Tomato Sauce
Grilled Chicken Cutlets
Salad with Croutons, Craisins, and Apples (or honey roasted nuts if no one is allergic)
Rice Pilaf
Dessert:
Berries and Grapes
Candy Platter (buy loose candy and assemble yourself)
Cupcakes or lava cake and Sorbet

If you want to keep costs low I would choose a theme like Mexican, Israeli etc and do a buffet like make your own tacos or pita etc. I could elaborate if you are interested
