As summer is here I am in the mood of smoothies. I like those that have the perfect blend. Can you please share your special smoothie recipes. (Would prefer parve as I would like to have whenever I can , almond milk etc or water is ok)

I happen to like oat milk better. With any fruit fresh or frozen. Usually strawberry banana pineapple and peaches that are too soft to eat! Enjoy

My mom used to make us smoothies with orange juice as a base. Various frozen fruits and berries, you can't really go wrong.

You can use water as the base with a bit of apple juice concentrate to sweeten it. I also like to add in nuts and flax which kind of makes it creamy too, and of course, bananas. Whatever frozen fruits you like, maybe a date or two if you like it really sweet (and depending on the fruits you use).

For a second I thought this was the other smoothie thread :-)
I use
5 strawberries cut in half
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 c cut up mangos (when it’s cut it’s 1/2 c)
2 TBSP pb 2 powder
Milk
You can easily make it non dairy by just using non dairy milk
