I think it's the new name for Stamford Crowne Plaza. A nice hotel but don't know about attractions nearby. It's not exactly a scenic location, but maybe look up local attractions.

Stamford has other kosher restaurants too

If OP would consider options like this rather than a kosher hotel which is so hard to find in the US not only would she expand her options greatly but she’d save a bundle of money

Stamford has other kosher restaurants too

If breakfast is offered even if you aren’t staying at hotel, than Stamford is really a great option

According to the pictures, Rose's Mount Inn is the same place as The Palace in Fleischmans. They did take just families, but it seems like they now want to get groups rather than many families.
