I make it in a ziplock bag so no clean up
A heaping tbsp dry yeast, added to 9 oz warm water or milk with a little sugar. Let it bubble.
Add 3 cups flour, 1/3 cup oil, 1 tsp salt. Zip the bag and knead the dough. Let it rise for an hour.

This is the recipe. It calls for QUICK RISE Yeast. I guess that is different than regular yeast.
2 1⁄2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fast rise yeast
1 cup water (120*)
1 tablespoon oil
