Attention creative people! Smile

Basically, my family (ages 15, 10, and two parents) would like to have a family exercise contest. Everyone will have their own goals to accomplish but we aren't sure how to set it up. Need ideas for prizes (both individual and family) to help motivate, as well as "punishments" (the funnier, the better) to make it really unappealing NOT to meet the weekly goals. Any ideas are welcome! Please help me hash this out, we really all need this for our health but are soooo not creative!
