Awhile ago there was a list that was handed out to about every Jeish person of 10 things to do to attain gadlus.
Does anyone still have this list? Or remember anything from it?
I remember: Im eshkachach- sit on floor and think of the beis hamikdash
I love you hashem- put urself in a secluded corner for a moment and say these words
2 do secret acts of chessed everyday
I don't remember anymore- please help me out!

1) 30 seconds - think about Olam Haba
2) say "I love you Hashem"
3) do an act of kindness nobody know about
4) encourage someone
5) 1 minute - think about yesterday, cheshbon ha'nefesh
6) "all your deeds should be for the sake of Heaven" ex. eating
7) look at a face and think about its being b'tzelem Elokim (in the image of G-d) (wash your face)
8) smile at someone
9) Malbish Arumim - 30 sec. - think about clothing: 1) they separate us from animals 2) where they come from 3) benefits of
10) sit on floor and think about Churban Yerushalayim
