Boys social group Monsey

I am looking for a social group in Monsey for a high functioning 6 year old on the spectrum.
We have already done Mrs. Gordons group, but it was more about emotional regulation and it was too difficult for him. If you know of a group that does social skills please advise.
If anyone else would like their child to join a group if I would create one, please PM me.

Have you looked in the local publications like community connections and the view? They usually have ads for such programs. Can you share details about mrs Gordon’s group-I’m looking for something like that to help my son with emotion regulation.

Yes I've been looking for months.
Hamaspik has an after school program but it is for lower functioning kids.

Mrs Gordon's group goes through all kinds of emotions and how to regulate.
It needs a lot of follow up at home.

My son isn't the most verbal and I struggled to understand the tasks.
He also struggled to understand the concepts.

My they are easier for older children.
