I made a batch of potato kugels last week that turned out very dry. I froze the rest but I don't want to use them - can I turn them into latkes?
I'm thinking if I fry them it'll make them less dry maybe?
Is it possible? And if do how? Do I defrost and then reconstruct?

Rather put half unwrapped in the cholent. Cholent will absorb it and moisten it.

Take it out of the freezer. Pour over 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup oil bake for an hr on 350. Will taste fresh and won't be dry.
