Mac and Cheese with pre shredded mozzarella help

Any chance I'll actually be successful in making a yummy sauce if the only dairy products in my house are pre shredded mozzarella cheese and milk?

Sure, you can make a white sauce:

2 T. Butter (or margarine or oil)

2 T. Flour

1 C. milk

dash pepper

melt butter, add flour, stirring till smooth, add milk, cook till thickens.

Now you can add your mozzarella cheese - stirring till completely melted.

Also, if you have Ketchup, you can add that!

Also oregano or pizza spices if you have any.

Then add the cooked macaroni - YUM!

This is what I do. I like adding crushed garlic for flavor at the roux (butter and flour) stage

In a medium saucepan combine 1 cup shredded cheese, 2 slices American cheese (or additional 1/3 cup shredded), 1/2 cup milk and 1 Tbsp butter. Mix over a medium flame until creamy.
Add 4 cups cooked drained pasta and toss to coat. Very creamy.
