What to cook/serve for lunch and dinner during the nine days for all the people in my family wirh their food limitations.

IyH I will have a full house this year with my singles and some marrieds. The food restrictions are :
1.Nothing acidic (ie tomato sauce, tomatoes, lemon, mint)
2. Gluten free
3. Dairy free

Can you help me come up with enough meals for all the lunches and suppers for next week ? Please ?

You need dinners for Sunday through Thursday this year, so 5.

Falafel, french fries, Israeli salad, tehina
Frittata, mashed potatoes
Tilapia/bronzino, green beans, rice
Shakshuka made with diced sautéed veggies instead of sauce, and eggs nestled in
Tofu veggie stir fry
Salmon, broccoli, red potatoes
Black bean tacos with avocado/tomato relish

ra_mom gave you lots of great ideas. I want to add that a chummus and salad plate is delicious and filling. You can add sauteed vegetables or fried eggplant. We eat it with garlic pita chips but you can substitute a gluten free cracker or flatbread.

Soups -cauliflower, bns, zucchini, potatoe leek, etc
Vegetable Quiche, I use almond milk and no need for cheese on top

What about fish & veggies?

You could vary fish: salmon, trout, tuna, Whiting, etc.

You could vary the ways of serving it: with sauce, breaded (with ground almonds for the gluten frees), fried, baked in oven (in alu for trout)

You could vary side dishes: rice, potatoes, quinoa,

Also think all kinds of omeletts: broccoli omelett, mushroom, mixed veggies,
with salad as a side
