I recently got a lot of extra work piled on me and am still expected to get all of my normal things done as well.
I am constantly treading water and I come home as a mess. My mental health, physical health, and personal life is suffering.
No plans to change my workload as of now. Not sure how long I can survive like this.
Yes, I've spoken to my supervisor.

That is NOT okay!
Tell your boss that if this goes on you will have to leave the job.
There are plenty of great jobs out there (wherever you live!) and you should have zero problem finding a new one.
It's not fine to come home a mess from work, and it surely should not be taking over your life in such a way.
Your mental health, physical health, and personal life MAY NOT BE effected by your job WHATSOEVER!!!! Make that clear to your boss.
Hatzlacha and I hope things work out!

If your physical health is indeed impacted, you can take leave for stress or physical disability due to stress at work. Your job will be protected, and depending on the state, you may be eligible for a percentage of your salary.
Document all the times you told your supervisor. Put everything in writing.
