I will be hosting about 30 ppl for a Shabbos simcha.
I do not have enough bentschers and don't feel the need to buy special personalized ones.

Is there a website (or does anyone here have) plain bentscher text (can even be with just Retzei, no Al Hanissim or Yaaleh Veyavo) that I can print on cardstock?

Just did this. If you send me a pm with your contact, I’ll send you with the layout I made. It was both sides of a standard letter-size page, with lots of room in the header. I liked how large the type was.
We were having it in a place without an eruv, so it was nice that it could be read without reading glasses.
