Dear Flatbush Family,

We are pleased to let you know that we have been approved by the state to distribute non-income-based free kosher food boxes as part of New York State’s program to ensure all children have proper food during the summer months. As part of this initiative, we have networked with other communities to incorporate best practices.

The pickup date will be Wednesday, July 27 from 6:00 PM to 9:15 PM.

In order to receive a food box, you must:
Have a child who is 18 years or under living in your home.
Use the following link to make an appointment weekly.

Follow the instructions below when picking up the box:
Please adhere to your appointment time
We ask all cars to line up on Coney Island Ave approaching from Avenue H and enter the Yeshivah lot from Coney Island Avenue. Do not turn onto Coney Island Avenue from Avenue I. You can access Ave H from the service road on Ocean Parkway. We know this means a bit of a circuitous route, but we need to be sensitive to our neighbors.
East 10th and Ave I should only be used for cars exiting the school after receiving their box.
When leaving the school yard to East 10th, please ONLY make a LEFT turn onto Ave I as making a right will cause a jam with the cars lining up for the boxes on Coney.
We strongly encourage carpools so that multiple families can take turns picking up the boxes for their friends and family to help reduce the number of cars each week.
Be sure to bring each family's printout.

MPJCC (Marine Park JCC) has food boxes with delivery (dont know availability)

And you can try FCF (Flatbush Community Find) and see what they have available for summer.

Good luck.
