I'm looking at trying to wear a sheitel again.
The problem is that my hair is long and really thick. It's beautiful. I don't want to cut it.
How can I get it to fit nicely under a sheitel cap? Help????
Also, opinions on a sheitl color that is definitely not your natural color?

If you make an appointment at the sheital macher an assistant could be able to help you figure out how to style your hair so it will lay flat. It sounds like you value your natural hair and I would not advice you to cut, thin, or get layers that you do not like just to make your wig fit better. You dont want to cause animosity towards yourself for this mitzva. Do not make yourself upset by getting a haircut you do not like.
