How do you take your bc pill on tisha bav? I tried on shiva assar btamuz without water but I couldn't get it down so I took a sip, but I know tisha bav is more strict. Worst case scenario I can take it after the fast but I don't want to bleed from not taking it the same time

I plan on pushing it off by 15 minutes for this week and then I'll take it right after the fast. If I mess it I mess it up. Bc isn't a medicine for life threatening problems usually. ....

I usually take it in the morning. Was thinking if I should take it right before the fast, then motza again, and the next morning regular time. Does this make sense?
