Do you find that a few days before your period the scale tends to shot up two to three pounds?
If yes..how long does it take to come back down?

Yes absolutely. I even posted this question here on imamother a few years ago. When my flow starts, the numbers start going down. I always picture the weight of the blood leaving me even though I know it's really all hormonal.
