The recipe I use says to make them small. I fry in the first side until bubbles appear. And on the other side until golden

Recipe is 2 eggs beaten, half cup cottage cheese, half cup flour, quarter cup sugar. Mix and drop tablespoon size into pan. I sometimes add a little milk to the mix if it's too thick. I've used whole wheat flour and coconut sugar (less than the recipe calls for).

I usually do:

1 lb farmers cheese
3 eggs
1 cup flour
2 v. sugar
3 tbs sour cream
1/4-1/2 cup sugar

I just saw this which is the same just with a 1/4 cup milk.

https://betweencarpools.com/ba.....tkes/

I wonder if its the same recipe just I didnt write in the milk?
