Cheesy cauliflower-
Clean a head of fresh cauliflower very well. Chop into pieces. Toss with olive oil, pepper, salt. Bake 400’ 15 mins
Toss shredded cheese and broil until crispy
Moroccan salmon-
In a large saucepan heat olive oil. Dice tomatoes, 1 hot pepper 3 garlic cloves and 2 red peppers. Sauté
Add bunch fresh cilantro and parsley. 1 can tomato paste. Bit of water and extra olive oil.
Add salmon
Generously season with salt pepper paprika.
If desired- slice fresh lemons on top.
Saucy pasta my husbands grandmothers special. Super easy one of my kids eats it every lunch-
Boil elbows in a saucepan. When it’s half way cooked add Tom paste and oil and mix. When most water is reduced add salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, turmeric and if you like it spicy add not of cayenne powder.

We'll be having things like tuna patties, grilled cheese, baked ziti, scrambled eggs and toast, frozen pizza, fish sticks and mashed potatos...
Salmon is more like a treat for us, so im not going to make it during the 9 days.
We try not to make fun fancy dishes this week.
I"H next week
ETA im loving these ideas for dinners in general. For some reason I always revert to chicken and meat as my go to...this is definitely helping me broaden my supper ideas

it’s ok to have simple dinners and repeat things during the 9 days. we aim for not fancy and things we would get in a restaurant

Sunday and Monday - milky lasagne with green salad
Tuesday and Wednesday - fresh fish with mashed potatoes and zucchini
Thursday and Friday are undecided - maybe frozen pizza? It's too hot to turn the oven on for eggplant parm otherwise. Maybe felafel in the toaster if someone gets pita bread and humus.
