I just sliced it down the middle spine of each fillet, rubbed with a paste of olive oil, crushed garlic, paprika, coarse salt, and black pepper. Then rolled up each one and secured with a toothpick. Baked at 450 for 18 minutes.

I made tuna patties with french fries and green beans. And for those who eat dairy I made pizza in the ooni oven ( for 2 out of 6 only).

Sunday: salmon, mashed potatoes, squash
Monday: shakshuka or eggs, hash browns, salad, rolls, vegetable soup
Tuesday: homemade falafel balls, make your own pizza, salad, onion soup, pita, eggplant
Wednesday: lasagna, (cheese, and vegetable for me as I don't eat milchig) corn on the cob. Warm mushroom salad
Thursday: probably breaded tilapia or flounder and fish sticks for some kids, bean soup, focaccia, either quinoa or potatoes and a veggy

Baked potatoes with melted cheese
Salad
Pudding

Monday: bean soup with garlic rolls
Ziti
Cut up veggies

Tuesday: bean soup with garlic rolls
Broiled salmon
Mashed potatoes
Veggies

Wednesday: onion soup
Homemade pizza
Salad

Thursday: parve Chalont
Fish sticks
Corn

Sunday - seudas mitzvah

Monday - breaded tilapia, ziti, soup

Tuesday - falafel, pita, salad, chummus, blintzes (got in box)

Wednesday - salmon, salad, squash souffle

Thursday - pizza, cheese lukshen kugel, pudding maybe, squash souffle

Using kugel on shabbos at shalosh as well
