Easiest recipe. Buy bottle of sweet chilli sauce. Pour some sauce over fish. Marinate for a bit if you want. Put in oven. Cook for 20-30mins. Eat.

I remembered I didn't get around to post the fish recipe. Hopefully it's still helpful!
4 slices salmon fillet
1.5 cups duck sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
Marinate for few hours.
Bake on 400 for 30 mins covered.
Another 15 mins uncovered.
Serve warm or room temp.
