I have done it before but now I nurse and I get really hungry. Okay I could eat things that are allowed but I am scared I will never be full or happy.
I want to eliminate sugar and bad carbs but I am afraid that it will be in vain and I won’t lose weight because of nursing hormones.
Last time I nursed I lost weight noticably after weaning my baby. Now I am not ready to wean but want to be slimmer!

I'm doing it and losing weight. I'm not looking at the index or anything. Just eating healthy carbs. Brown rice, sweet potato, lentils, etc.

Trying to make my meals mainly veggie and I try pairing carbs with fats and proteins. I eat avocado toast alotttt
