I’m looking for something not too complicated to prepare, easy to reheat, and nice enough for siyum hashas
Any ideas?

So you don't want a salad?
Potato knish (maybe with deli) and mushroom sauce, or a deli sauce?
Honestly, you might not get much traffic today but I didn't want to forget about this thread and lose the chance to wish you mazel tov. What a simcha! May we all have connection to meaningful Torah accomplishments and may you have many more.

Cocktail meatballs on picks, or meat vol-au-vents or pastry cups, salad in baked tortilla bowls garnished with cubed deli meat.

I am ok with salad, but how can I up it to make it nicer?
Thank you so much, I so appreciate the well wishes!

Romaine with nice deli (shredded navel pastrami)? Crunch like french fried onions, dressing in little jigger on the side.

My go to for sheva brachos etc menus is sweet and sour mini meatballs and white rice, individually plated.

Skip the onions and you can cut the sugar a little. DELICIOUS.

I would do a simple salmon salad:
Bake salmon cut into cubes coated with BBQ sauce.
For the salad just cut up lettuce and slice cucumbers in thin slices, and dress lightly with lemon juice, salt and pepper. On each plate put some salad and a few cubes of salmon on top of it.
Another option is a spinach salad with fruits in it and a sweet dressing.

And if it's still hot out, you can start with a fruit salad/fruit soup.

you could bake a wrap in a cupcake cup and it keeps it shape. You can fill it with salad.
