My family has very very close friends in a dilemma. Their daughter (sweet nice frum girl) for financial reasons cannot to go Eretz yisroel and needs a change of scenery. What out if town community could she possibly go to where she would board and get a job.

Would she work in a daycare as an assistant? Or an office clerk?
Although I'm not sure about hiring an American... I know my daughter's daycare had a few Australian girls on their gap year, and did night classes at the local Sem.

Or what about Texas or California?
Hard to believe no one is chiming in!

Look into the Phoenix option. They have an official part time work in school part time seminary.

Tons of chabad houses are looking to hire girls as preschool teachers, homeschooling teachers, helping out with chabad house programs, Sunday Hebrew school, etc…
All jobs pay for flights, apartment, car, gas, salary, and food.
I don’t think you’ll get leads here, but contact a local shlucha or any Lubavitcher you know and ask them.

They advertised a few times in mishpacha so maybe they would have the number?

I think it might be affiliated with Torah Day School or something like that there. So Google that or the other frum schools there and see if they have leads.

I know a few girls that boarded in Dallas, Texas. Not sure what jobs they did though.

If she would do in Brooklyn there are a few options there.
