Anyone know of an affordable hotel/motel/airbnb/rental for one night near Ferndale NY or further north?

There's a Days Inn 1 mile away in Liberty. The reviews are mixed, but the price and location are great.

Days Inn in Liberty is down the road from Ferndale. The hotel is a dump but if the pool is working then it might be worth it for you. Also try to get a good rate - don’t overpay. In terms of location it’s great. Down the road from Ferndale (7 min drive max) and around the corner from the Sullivans in Liberty that has lots of food and even some kosher snacks).

You could also check out the Kartrite hotel and the Resorts World casino (if that’s the one near the Monticello raceway). They are probably more expensive and they are a few exits away on the highway.
