I bought at 2 stores and they are both bitter and had to be thrown out. So the next week I bought packaged Persian kirby cucumbers. More garbage that I can't eat or serve. I can't figure out what's going on with the kirby cucumbers. Any ideas of where to purchase. The last 2 weeks I've been buying at Gourmet and KRM.

It's been on boat from somewhere and stuck to do the current shipping crisis best way to get fresh fruits and vegetables is from the farmers markets. They have some in Brooklyn but take a trip to Jersey you will get delicious fruits and vegetable's or upstate New York.

I've had issues with kirbys in the past 6 months I'd say. They are soft in the store, they taste sour or they go bad really quickly.
