I remember lots of stairs....is that still accurate? option for stroller? can you go with little kids including an infant and toddler?

Any general tips for watkins glen also appreciated.

Yes there are lots of stairs. Not ideal if you have infants / toddlers. If you are looking for similar scenery but not as difficult to handle with young kids, check out Letchworth state park, which is close by.
