Title says it all.
One week, few hours a day, no helper.
Im an experienced pre school teacher but never done it in my home.
I would say 6-7.
Iv heard so many diff things.
If you do this sort of thing, NOT all year round, cos then its easier , same kids etc. How many would you take?
Thanks in advance!

I forgot to write ages.
All around 2.5
Couple are trained. Which in essence makes it harder for me.

I was able to stay home with my babies, so it was worth it. Also, I did it the whole school year, and probably had longer hours than you. Most years, when I was working, was 9-3

Thanks.
I mean as a one off.
I think its different when you have same kids every day, you get to know them and can manage better when you know it will become routine.
So can take more.
Even if I was doing 2 weeks would be different I think
I know a friend who does 10 year round!!

2 year olds , tops 4 kids myself . 5 year olds I have done 17 kids myself without a problem.
With 2 year olds I would expect some to get into trouble while I’m changing diapers or taking to the bathroom.
Make the room extremely child safe and escapee safe

She is saying she did it year round, which like you say, is easier, and HER max was 4.
For one off, 5 is pushing it!
Just because your friend is 10doesnt make it ok and not neglect
