I’m looking to go there and do Bushkill Falls with my family. Preferably a hotel with a pool or rental that has access to a pool. I don’t want to stay at Camelback/Great Wolf Lodge because I have a big yeshiva boy. I also don’t want a kosher hotel because it’s too expensive. Any suggestions?

None at all. It’s timeshares. You’re renting from timeshare owners.
