Cowboy just salt and pepper. I know many ppl who love chantzy wienstiens recipe.
Spinach filling for capons- saute onions and garlic til translucent. Add bit of salt. Pour spinach over saute til defrosted. Stuff capons and roll. Pour ducksauce or mayo and crumbs over the capons
Garlic rosmary recipe- minced garlic, rosemary, honey, oil, salt, and a bit of water to help mix it together. Pour over chicken and coat evenly.
