I don't know if this is the case for sure but I heard that the shipment was stuck in Europe customs due to covid and is delayed.

Stands for dress with dignity. It's a shoe sale for people in kollel/chinuch and is brought to different communities. There are a couple basic styles and they are cheap.

Is it possible to have access to it if we're not kollel/chinuch? We used to be a kollel couple but dh left a few years ago and it's been a real struggle. Everyone was so nice to us when we were in kollel (like the kids' schools and camps), and the kollel gave gift cards...I feel like nowadays anything offered to kollel/chinuch should also be offered to the middle class (at least the lower end of the middle class) we struggle just as much (if not more) than klei kodesh.
