Do you have one? what features do you like on it?
I just bought one and I’m trying to take full of advantage of its features. I see an air fryer option, does that work?

That would be convection roast.

The problem with using convection roast in a regular oven is that the air cannot circulate the same way it does in an air fryer, where you place it in a basket with a mesh bottom. If you were to use the same type of pan in your convection oven, it would probably work in a similar way.
