My water cooler started to make the water taste like metal. I am using the same poland spring water I have always used. The machine is about 1-1/2 years old. Anyone know if there is a way to fix that or do I need a new machine?

Have you ever deep cleaned it? Some delivery companies will do it for a fee.

Possibly deposits from the minerals. Can you clean the machine and use purified water? Purified water is significantly cleaner and healthier than spring water.
