A close relative with emotional issues is considering joining, and Id like to hear opinions of the "Achieve IOP", Intensive Outpatient Program, a day program, in Monsey, thats part of https://achievebh.org/.

Has anyone heard of it being life-changing for some?

It's definitely worth a try. They do have very good therapists. The only problem I see (I use them but not for this program), is that the other people in a group can be so wierd. Go for it and ignore the company!

My therapist recommended the program as well.
I'm a bit hesitant to commit to a 10 week program with so many days a week.

Anyone with more details?
