I'm looking for a job in nj area that doesn't have to do with medical billing or anything of that sort.
Does that type of job exist and pays normally???

I should think there are thousands,of jobs with no connection to medical billing. But what qualifications and experience do you have? What skills could you use in a job? Would something related to billing be ok if it wasn't medical? Would you be interested in medicine if you weren't on the billing end?

Data entry. Netsuite entry (it's an accounting program) and scanning in checks. Looking over statements.

It's basic bookkeeping. I prob should have just said that

Would you want to work for an insurance company or insurance brokerage?

If feel that if you have experience with medical billing it will likely give you a head start in the health insurance field and you might be quite good at it. Also, there might be more room for growth in an insurance job than medical billing.

There's a Real Estate financial office (that does the financial for property management companies) that's looking to hire.

It's a great company, there's tons of room for growth, they pay very nicely...
