Make sure your children know their full legal name. (Especially if it's different than what you call them) And your/dh full name.

It's so important in cases like these... If it helps put it into a song. Along with phone numbers and address.

We once when to the science museum in yerushalayim and they gave out stickers at the entrance where you wrote your kids names and your phone number.
