Yes, at "Dr. Baby" in Kenyon Achim Yisrael mall in Talpiot, Jerusalem. They have a few different models, one of which was on sale for under 400 shekels. (We just bought one - a bit difficult to put together)

if you want to wait a few months, you can borrow mine 
I lent mine to someone from imamother for a year. It was great not to have it taking up room in my apartment.
