They must have been sitting in the cabinet for a while, and they have no best by/sell by date at all. How am I supposed to know if it's still good?

Call the company and they will ask for the lot number code on the pack and then tell you if it is still advisable to eat.

Don't play around with fish. You don't know how long it sat in the store before it came to you. If you call them they will identify the expiration date from the codes on the pouch.
