Have the Citi mini and really like it! It looks amazing after 9 years of heavy use.

The valco is lighter than city mini but it's not light. There are lighter doubles but they don't push as easily etc.

Same! I have mine for 12 years, 6 children. Still great condition, very lightweight, pushes great, easy to open and fold, fits thru all doorways...

What’s the benefits of a side by side vs the strollers that you can clip in a seat/bassinet and have front/back?

Side by side typically wheels more easily. In-line is more narrow though

I have the valco. Fits through regular doorways. It’s pretty light for a double stroller in my opinion. Meaning I can lift it into the trunk of the car.
I used it since newborn age- you can attach a car seat or bassinet

In line doubles are a bit like pushing a bus, long difficult steering and much harder going up and down kerbs. They are also usually in several pieces, making them a pain to fold as you have to remove the different parts each time. I personally don't think it that comfortable for the children as one child is often under the other child.
Side by side give each child their own space and seat, and often double storage space in the basket underneath. If you do a lot of travelling, you are prioritizing light and possibly size over easier to push.
The city mini is a good stroller, very easy to fold and a decent stroller to push. The city tour is also made by the same company and is a size smaller and designed for travel. It does have smaller wheels though than the city mini and may be harder to push.
Most doubles allow the option for a bassinet and car seat.

I have the citi tour double and really happy. Wheels are smaller than the citi mini so lighter and less bulky, narrower, but not as smooth of a push probably. I live in Israel so I do a lot of steps and walking and I'm very happy. Also the most well priced! half the price of valco.

Love my valco. It's lightweight, very narrow and super sturdy. They constantly go on sale so you can prob find a deal.

I bought it by the black Friday sale. Most local stores had it for approximately $100 off. I love it! It pushes well and is compact.
