I find recipe books expensive and I feel they are not user friendly because they mainly cater for the American market where different products are used which are not always available in the U.K. where I live.
I feel I need to expand my range of dishes so I would really appreciate any straightforward chicken, side dishes, salad recipes or desserts that you make for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
