I recently started a new weight loss program that has been very successful. Baruch HaShem, I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and I have been feeling more energized.
One small thing I noticed, I became super gassy. Did anyone hear of gas being a side effect exercise and eating healthy? I would think the opposite.

I think it may depend on how many legumes, beans and lentils you are eating, as well as vegetables. Can you try beano?

OP here,
No I’m not on optivia (although one of their agents keeps asking me to join )
Everything I eat is regular products you find in your fridge. No special bars, or powders, or snacks.

I tend to be gassy too when I change my diet, till my body adjusts (about a week or 2). Whether it's a healthier diet, or when I go back to an unhealthy diet.

When I went low carb my gas stopped. I almost never have it. I believe that too many vegetables, fruit and grain cause this for me.
