My husband and son were supposed to fly to the US from Israel back in 2020. The flight was 2 weeks after Corona hit so for obvious reasons the flight was canceled.
We tried to get the money back, they originally agreed, but then changed to vouchers once all was being canceled.
They gave 3 years to use. This will expire in March 2023. As of right now my husband has no reason to fly. The only reason would be a family wedding if one happens to happen.
The next clincher.... the airline is Aeroflot which cant be flown now anyhow due to a lovely war going on over in Russia.
Before I spend never ending hours on the phone with the airline, does anyone know of our rights or any information that could help us.

Try speaking to the credit card company if you used a credit card. No personal experience though.
