Hi
Not a FTM but I forgot all about babies

My baby fell put of her crib (learned to stand up and I didn’t know). Unfortunately I didn’t see exactly- I left her in the bed to use the bathroom, thought she was safe.

My pediatrician is already closed would have to go to ER or wait till tomorrow.

She cried immediately was conscious, no visible marks anywhere.
I turned on a drawing app on my ipad and she stopped crying and started doodling. Then she kept normal, was interested in different objects, she smiled when I made funny sounds. I dragged it out for 1.5 hours and nursed her, she now fell asleep (at an expected time).

What do I do now? Watch out for what symptoms? Still take her to ER?

Her sleep is not very deep (as usual) it’s not like she is knocked out or smth

How old is she?
Your baby sounds fine but you should probably call your doctor and ask what to do over the phone. It’s usually possible to ask urgent questions over the phone.

Your baby is probably fine, but definitely keep an eye on your baby!

Just watch her for lethargic behavior or vomiting and run to the ER if anything seems off.

The narrative isn’t making sense to me. How do you fall out of a crib? Do you mean climbed out?

Narrative? If the crib is on the highest setting and baby stands up and leans over the railing they can easily fall out.

She can’t sit up or stand up yet so we didn’t think it was possible

For sure call your doctor, but if she's acting normal I wouldn't worry.

She sounds fine BH!
I'd just keep an eye out for anything unusual but iyh she'll be ok. I wouldn't call the doctor unless I was worried. You're her mother, you'd know if something was off with her.

And I'm sure you know not to put a baby to bed for at least half an hour after bumping their heads...

From the timing of your post (almost 7 AM on the East Coast and "already closed") I think you must be in a different part of the world than me, but in the US pediatricians have out-of-hours emergency coverage. Just call the regular number and follow the instructions. Also, if you have urgent care centers in your region, that would be ideal.
