Shabbos pants for a chunky boy?

My 5yo has been wearing leggings but he’s getting too old. He is sensory and has a belly.
Any very stretchy suggestions?
I like a very put together look.
Online is best b/c I’m not in Tristate area

He can’t be the only boy with this problem?

Armando Martillo makes a stretch husky pants. I buy them for shabbos. Maybe they have something similar in a more casual material. I have been buying Mayoral slim cotton stretch weekday pants (soft but nothinglike leggings). I size up, they have a slim leg and generous waist but they have to he cut or folded a few times.

My son liked the H&M pants with the drawstring. They’re not fancy though. He was also very chunky and did not like things right. He wouldn’t wear pants with buttons for that reason.
