Anyone know of a kosher oil for wooden cutting boards?

I use olive oil. ( same as I use to cook with).
I smear the board on one side, and let it sit for a a day, then wipe off the excess with a paper towel. Then I flip and do the other side.

Plain pure mineral oil from the pharmacy, the kind they sell as a laxative. Don't use baby oil, which contains added ingredients.

Vegetable oils eventually go rancid and will contribute a rancid flavor to the food.

I have been using olive oil for years, and it had never gone rancid bh
