I'm wondering if anyone has given their child b- complex for anxiety. I recently started taking the adult version myself and I see how much it helps me( I feel overall less anxious and irritated by things). My 5 year old son can be very anxious and worries about alot of things. I see they make a liquid form for kids and I was thinking to try it with him. Wondering if anyone has any experience giving it to their child?
