No recipe here, just wanna make you aware, when you cook reb cabage it turns blue.

Purple/red cabbage? Not the ones I've eaten when I've eaten it at others houses. Thanks

No actually recipe because I cook like an old European grandmother.

Red cabbage turns blue/purple when you roast it and when you boil it with apple cider vinegar it is pink-purple.

Your ingredients are red cabbage, apples, honey and apple cider vinegar. A little salt and pepper.

Cooking (shredded) cabbage with (diced) apple, season to taste.
