I’d like to make something for DD that’s easy and not eggs. She dislikes sandwiches.
A big plus if DD can take it on the bus to eat

Yogurt, healthy muffins, cereal -dry in a bag to go, oatmeal, cottage cheese with or without fruit.

I use the pancake batter recipe and pour into muffin pans. I add a tablespoon of oil to the batter since there’s no oil in the pancake batter. I also add mini chocolate chips for fun. They take very fast to bake.

I just made a batch of oatmeal waffles they came out really good, im sure can be made as pancakes as well
