And don't worry about it at least until the chagim are over.
The chances of the bris being on Shabbos are slightly less than one in seven, and even if it is on Shabbos you can't predict the weather at this stage. So not a priority to worry about.

We don't have an eruv so every Shabbos bris is in the house. Problem solved.
