After each baby I would try to loose weight to no avail.
Each time I went off of hormonal birth control I lost a ton of weight without even trying . And then I would get pregnant again so I was only thin for a short amount of time.

Cycling! I got into cycling 4/5 times a week and got into the best shape I've ever been in.

I don’t do anything. it’s just my metabolism. nursing helps me lose weight

I gain weight while nursing.

I was an amazing weight before this pregnancy

Gained over 40 lbs during pregnancy.

Only lost a few lbs right after birth, and then gained several more.

I looked the best after a pregnancy where I was too nauseous to eat. I wonder if the actual secret is not pigging out during pregnancy as I so often do.

No idea. I lost all the pregnancy weight, but was still pregnant shaped.

Physical therapy helped the most.

After having a 8.7 lb baby (I’m just 5 ft) and needing an emergency c section after 5 hours of pushing-my doctor told me that I would feel a lot better and the baby would be smaller if I cut out sugar and so I’ve done that and looking great b”h after the next one
