I don’t really know her taste and I’m so bad at choosing. I’d take links to actual stuff that are usually appreciated across the board.

Why don't you do a gift certificate to a store you think she would appreciate? Easier then needing to choose for sure.

I got a Betty Crocker pizza maker as a gift and it was my favorite gift ever! Make sure it’s exchangeable and that they give you a gift receipt (without the price on it) in case she wants something else instead.
